Installation of 6 IP Cameras with NVR, Cable Management, and Mobile App Integration

This project involves the installation of six (6) IP security cameras, properly configuring them with a Network Video Recorder (NVR), ensuring secure and organized cable management, and setting up remote access through a mobile application.

Scope of Work:

1. Camera Installation:

   • Mount six (6) IP cameras in the designated locations as per the security coverage plan.
   • Adjust camera angles for optimal surveillance and ensure there are no blind spots.
   • Securely fasten cameras to prevent tampering or misalignment.

2. Cabling and Connectivity:

   • Run Ethernet cables (Cat5e or Cat6) from each camera to the NVR, ensuring proper routing and minimal exposure.
   • Use conduits or cable trays where necessary to protect and organize cables.
   • Properly terminate and test all network connections for stable connectivity.
   • Ensure power is supplied either through Power over Ethernet (PoE) or separate power adapters if needed.

3. NVR Setup and Configuration:

   • Install and configure the Network Video Recorder (NVR) to support all six cameras.
   • Assign static IP addresses to each camera for a stable network connection.
   • Configure recording settings, motion detection, and video retention policies based on user preferences.
   • Ensure high-resolution video storage and proper time synchronization.

4. Mobile App Integration:

   • Install and configure the manufacturer’s mobile application on the user’s smartphone.
   • Connect the app to the NVR via local network and enable remote access if required.
   • Set up user accounts, permissions, and push notifications for real-time alerts.
   • Conduct live testing to ensure all cameras are viewable on the mobile app.

5. Testing and Final Inspection:

   • Verify that all cameras are streaming video to the NVR without lag or interference.
   • Check the mobile app for seamless remote access and video playback functionality.
   • Conduct a final walkthrough to ensure cable management is neat and secure.
   • Provide basic user training on how to operate the system, retrieve footage, and adjust settings.

6. Post-Installation Support:

   • Offer troubleshooting assistance for initial setup issues.
   • Provide recommendations for periodic maintenance and software updates.
